Kia Ora, Malo, Bula, Hello and welcome to Koru 3’s blog

Welcome to Mrs Togiaso joining our staff for 2017.  Also welcome to our new students joining Bromley School and Koru 3 Blue home group – Karsha & Zeke, Grey home group – Maia, Tahneka, Levi & Xavier, Green home group – Jacinta.


We have had a great first two weeks back in the new routines of collaborative learning.  The children have been having great discussions around what good writers; readers, mathematicians and learners look like/do.

Koru 3 students have started having great discussions about our theme this term "My voice is powerful" - What does this mean? and How can our voices be powerful?

Notices:
-       Swimming Fridays
-       School hats are a must term 1 & 4.  No hat no play!
-       $4 for Maori Workshop with Jerome Kavanagh  - We will be making clay instruments.
-    School is closed for a Teacher Only Day on Monday 20th February
